How do I sign up for a trial?
When you signed up with odrive, you were automatically enrolled in a free trial of the Premium features.

How do I cancel my trial?
Your trial will be automatically cancelled at the end of the period.
If you have not upgraded by the end of your trial period, then the Premium features will be turned off. You will still be able to use the numerous free odrive features!

What is the refund policy?
You can get a full refund anytime up to 30 days after your purchase. No questions asked. (Non-business subscriptions only, and
only if this is your first time purchasing Premium from odrive).
All you need to do is cancel before the end of the 30 day period. You can cancel directly from the subscription page. There is no refund after the 30 day period.

What if I have an old subscription plan?
If you wish to switch to the new Premium subscription, we'll apply a prorated credit for any unused
time from your existing plan towards the new subscription.
Don’t worry about doing math! It will be automatically calculated for you at the time of purchase.
If you wish to remain with your old subscription plan, you can. We are not retiring the old subscriptions or mandating a move to the new plan. However, if you do upgrade to the new plan, you can not revert back to your old subscription or any other subscription.

Let’s say you purchased the Unsync annual plan at $39, and after 4 months, you want to switch to the new Premium subscription. We will apply $26 credit toward the cost of the Premium plan.

Can I get another free trial?
No. If you have previously started a trial of any of the old subscriptions or for that matter, a previous trial
of the new Premium bundle, you cannot get another free trial.

How do I downgrade my account?
Effectively, downgrading is the same as canceling your Premium account before the start of your renewal period.
You can cancel at any time directly from your subscription page.
Once you cancel, your account will continue with the upgraded features until the end of the paid term. After such time, the account reverts to the free version of odrive.

Can I buy multiple personal Premium subscriptions under one credit card?
A fully self-service method of buying individual Premium licenses for a small group of individuals at once
using one credit card is available. Go here

20 users with their email addresses and to pay for individual Premium upgrades for them using a single credit card.

Can I use PayPal to pay for my subscription?
While we do not support PayPal out-of-the-box as a payment source, you can configure your PayPal account
to use PayPal Key. This will generate a virtual credit card number that is linked to your PayPal
account, allowing you to make purchases with the card number anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.
